At On Call Financial Staffing, we strive to have a positive impact on every person we represent. We realize that we have the potential to change lives and we take that responsibility very seriously.Many of the professionals On Call Financial places are interested in new career opportunities but too busy to conduct a thorough job search. Others use our services to supplement their own search for a new career. And yet others rely solely on us to conduct their search. In any scenario, we will work as our candidate's job agent, matching experience, skills, and aspirations with organizations that offer the challenge and compensation desired. On Call Financial does not charge a fee to contractors for job placement. In fact, upon placement, contractors are paid on a W-2 basis — eliminating the need to pay self-employment related social security taxes, state disability and other employment related taxes that independent contractors typically pay. Also, after meeting hourly benchmarks, contractors become eligible to participate in On Call Financial benefits program including vacation pay, holiday pay, direct deposit, a full health/dental insurance program, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
